Hello! We hope you are all having a wonderful summer. As we begin our reintegration process, we wish to acknowledge the way we have harmed individuals and community and be accountable. We are certain that the findings from the Restorative Justice (RJ) report and accountability process are only a subset of the hurts and harms experienced. We wish to inform anyone following our journey about how to express concerns, hurts, and additional feedback that you or others may not yet have shared for all sorts of reasons. Fear of retaliation, not wanting to “pile on,” not having the energy to re-engage with past hurt, trauma, or for a myriad of other reasons, you may not yet have named your pain and shared your story with us.
